A new Calendar feature is now available. The Complaint description field has been added to the Appointment in the Calendar. The user can either write the complaint description when creating the appointment or the case. The Complaint description fields in appointment and case are in sync so what is written in one place will be copied in the other. The synchronizing behavior occurs in the case for the Edit Case screen and the VRMS screen.
If a case has multiple appointments, the complaint synchronizes with the latest reservation made.
